    At worst £200ish in the small claims court. You're overthinking this. Nowt you can do other than respond to whatever their next move is. We can't forecast what they will do, but don't poke a stick in a wasps nest.

    But rest easy, APCOA are currently benign in a litigious sense.
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    If APCOA took you to court I will eat my hat - and you would win as well. And if you read the forum a bit more you would learn that there is a cap on the amount a PPC can claim from a registered keeper - guess what? It's the amount of any 'unpaid parking charge'.
