    But to be clear you don't do the refund first, it's like Soolin says and like I was told
    1. Open case to request cancellation
    2. Do the refund straight away
    3. Customer agrees to cancellation
    4. FVF ruturned and no defect

    However, it is changing 'next week' or when they fix the bug

    aims for 2014 - grow more fruit and veg, declutter
