AR (Arrangement to Pay) on credit file

HI

I've just done a check myfile credit check after being refused for a mobile phone contract. It says that I have a AR for Littlewoods shop direct on there, because I was on a dmp for a few years. It was all paid off end of 2011. Is there anyway to get this removed off the file? No other lender did this thank goodness.

If the history is correct then it remains. As it's the history that gives the data creedance and value to lenders when processing applications.
