How can I avoid foreign currency fees using a UK(?) card while still getting cash back. Also like a card with good rewards eg airport lounges for family and concierge service. Great if all in one.
A card fee is ok if I can balance benefits with costs. I pay off card monthly

Sounds ambitious to find a card that would meet all those criteria, you're probably best going through the various 'best buy' MSE pages to see if there's anything that grabs you there:

The only card I know is Aqua Reward with 0.5% cashback.
For simplicity, forget about the cashback and get a card with no currency exchange fees (e.g. Halifax Clarity) that will save you about 3%.
To meet all your ambitious demands you will need several cards. We are born naked, wet and hungry...Then things get worse.
.withdrawal, NOT withdrawel ..bear with me, NOT bare with me
.definitely, NOT definately ......separate, NOT seperate
should have, NOT should of .....guaranteed, NOT guarenteed0
