Are you downloading HD material with a slow internet connection? It's certainly no slower (or quicker) to download BBC material than any other Catch Up service on my own set up.
It could be that I downloaded HD (Would this still play on a non-HD tv ?), not sure if I did or not... maybe that was all that was available...? There is an option - HD or SD0 -
I missed New Tricks BB1 9pm Mon 29/9 Episode 7. Looking on Catchup/Sky, there is Episode 6( + earlier ones) to watch,, and E Ep 8 to 'remind'.
So where is Ep 7 ?? How long do you need to wait for it to 'appear' as an option ?
Don't use Catchup often, but previously (certainly ITV), it is available the next day (if not, the same day/hour, I think)
?
Thanks
SKY upgraded boxes on Tues/Wed. Since upgrade SKY have admitted that catch up doesn't work. If you select programmes by day on ITV,and then select today or yesterday you will get "no progammes" message (maybe that should read"no programs "). If you select Tuesday you will see programmes. So anything prior to upgrade is available but nowt since.

From SKY customer services. They say fix in "48 business hours" so that takes us to 20:00 6/10/14.0 -

If this were the case for every Sky user, the forums would be full of discussion of this. There is no such discussion.0 -

I didn't say catch up had stopped working.
it simply isn't showing "by day" programmes for Wed &Thurs, which is since the box was upgraded. I find it hard to believe that I'm the only one with the problem, especially as SKY have admitted to a fault. How many forums have you found to be empty of such complaint? It could be limited to a subset of boxes or alternatively you could be right and they could be giving me special treatment:rotfl:0 -

I've noticed it can take up to two days for some BBC programmes to appear on Sky's version. But the BBC's own offerings is much, much quicker. It's been like that for ages."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry. We shall never see their like again". O S Nock0
