Once again, they do not have to issue a default notice.
You also say they never called back about the equipment - why didn't you query this with them sooner?!
Bluntly, you are in the wrong here as well and need to check what you're getting into before you sign a contract.
Edited to add - i have just seen the bit about you not receiving paper bills. This pretty much guarantees that they will have made them available online which is the norm. So the bill will have been there. You just chose not to look at it.0 -
Everytime I close an account my on-line access is revoked. Mobile phones, credit cards, bank accounts, catalogues etc...
I have to date never been able to view a final statement or bill, I always get told don't cancel any direct debit until 30 days after I close a credit account. I always end up having to phone and repeatedly request a copy of any final documents.
Not sure if the same happens with VM? I have been with them years and have never actually fully closed my account just removed a service or two always retaining at least one.0
