Credit Card Eligibility check on MSE not working any more?

Hi everybody,

I used to periodically check my eligibility using the pre-check on MSE.com, however recently it has started to come back with a message that it has not been able to check my identity with the credit bureau. I'm wondering what could have changed and why it's no longer able to check who I am?

I'm registered with Noddle and can't see anything there that has changed

Me too! Used to use this loads then a couple months ago I start getting the error message 'Unfortunately, we have not been able to find your details at the Credit Bureau. Please check and try again.' And still getting it today.

Using all the same details I used to use, I think. Mayyyybe I was moved from Lloyds TSB to TSB in the meantime? Tried selecting both TSB and Lloyds, same result.

Any advice welcome, so frustrating not being able to use this great tool!
