post IVA (quick question)

Trying to clear up credit file after completing my IVA Call Credit are asking for a copy of my 'settlement certificate'. Is it ok to send a copy into the credit agencies to prove we have completed?
Thankyou

    Hi mother hen

Yes I would suggest you do as Callcredit have asked so that they have proof of your IVA's completion. I would also ask them whether they intend to share the information with the other credit reference agencies to save you the hassle of contacting them separately.
