Hopefully the OP will PM bazster (as requested) and baz will be able to confirm (or otherwise) the AOS status.0

Who exactly are this bunch????
Hopefully bazster's been given that information via PM and is dealing with this off-forum.
If the OP isn't revealing that detail to Bazster then it's very difficult for us to be giving advice in a vacuum, missing a vital bit of information to make sure we are keeping the OP on the right track.
If bazster could confirm he's had the detail, then we can 'step down' until such time as might be necessary further down the line. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Perhaps he thinks that you are an enemy agent, or he has forgotten the secret password, perhaps he has not been taking his medication. He does seem a tad confused. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

The OP can very simply demand a subject access request from the Management company for a copy of the tape. The OP would use the Data Protection Act and warn the directors that they MUST comply otherwise they would be breaking the Data Protection Act and the Information Commissioner would be contacted.
At the same time, the OP should ask if the management company has registered under the Act (or look it up his/herself) and warn that it is an offence not to do so and that the OP would have no hesitation in informing the ICO of any breaches and seek damages. (No comments, please on the feasibility of this as we are trying to help OP and bad guys may be watching)
But at the end of the day, if the tapes are as bad as the OP suggests, it must surely ring warning bells in the directors' minds (assuming they are leaseholders themselves) that they have got into bed with fould mouthed, lower end pond life.0 -
Good points, GD, very good points. SAR gets him the tapes, no question.Je suis Charlie.0
