Can I go back

Hi everyone
I have recently been made redundant from a school job after 12 years. I received my redundancy payment and because of my age I have been given my pension. I also have received PILON up to 7/10/14.
I have re applied to the same school for a similar job, this one is part time.
Can I start that job without losing my redundancy or pension?
Also can I start while still in the PILON period?
Appreciate any help

AFAIK technically there's nothing to prevent it however it will be down to the policies of the school/LA. Some won't allow people back within a certain time period, others may. The only people who can say are the school/LA.
There is no such thing as a "PILON period" - its pay in lieu of notice so I would assume you are already an ex-employee if you have received PILON and the redundancy payout.0 -
