Experienced help required please

A few years ago i received a PCN from Excel parking. Read the current advice at that time to "ignore, ignore ignore" which i did and they went away and i have never heard from them again.
I recently received a NTK from Parking Eye for overstaying in a free car park and I ignored it as i had before not knowing the advice had changed. (i am a fool i know but i didnt know things had changed!) I ignored three letters from them and then I thought that would be that. I have now received an AOS from them through the post and was absolutely shocked which prompted me to come back here and read the advice. i then realised the big mistake i had made!!
I intend to send this AOS off stating I am defending the charges to the full amount but as guidance on here states I need and experienced member from the forum to liaise with me and go over the particulars of my individual circumstances to send off my defense.
Please Please message me if you can help, and i am also aware that the operators of parking sites trawl these forums looking to catch people out so don't bother
Thank you anyone who has taken the time to read this I very much appreciate it

You're saying you got the issued court papers and will defend.

If you have questions or your own ticket to deal with, please read the Newbies Sticky at the top of this forum and start/stick to your own thread - do not hijack someone else's as it only confuses matters. This is no more than you agreed to on signup.

Why not just post it up, devoid of identifying details like most people do - that way you get the benefit of a range of experienced opinions.

Nothing here states that you need to get the private and individual assistance of a forum regular.

not trying to hijack thread just not heard of this in other threads that is all and confused at meaning which is different in newbie definition of AOS.

sounds like poster has a lbccc but never heard it called AOS before, if so was going to point to advice in stickies re lbccc. if one is unclear cannot give advice, clarify then advice is much more relevant!!

eddy - just add any matters arising to your own Thread, but you can read the answers on the Newbies Thread anyway.

And you should by now have read the NEWBIES thread post #5 I hope (the NEWBIES FAQs thread near the top) where post #5 is all about how to defend a PPC small claim and what happens when, what to do and how to fill forms out. How to write a defence, how much to include at each stage and there's a list of cases won and links to how they were won.

We can't help individuals by private message re court cases (no time) and everything I can advise is already in the Newbies thread post #5 (don't start reading the other posts of it about appealing etc., as it's too late). Show us your draft defence here in a reply - no need to hide - and we can help. DO NOT IMPLY WHO WAS DRIVING. WRITE IT AS FROM YOU AS 'THE KEEPER' UNLESS YOU HAVE ALREADY SAID TO EXCEL WHO WAS DRIVING.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
