Holidaycottages.co.uk - the prize is one £400 holidaycottages.co.uk voucher which must be used in full towards the balance of the winner’s holiday cottage booking. The voucher can only be used on one booking and it is not possible to carry forward any of the voucher value to another booking. The voucher must be redeemed by 31 January 2015 but the holiday may be taken after this time. The prize voucher is subject to holidaycottages.co.uk’s booking terms and conditions. The prize must be accepted as offered, is not transferable, refundable and there is no cash alternative. The prize must not be re-sold. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged. The prize draw will take place in England on 7th November 2014. The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries and the judge's decision is final. The Promoter shall, within one (1) week of selection of the winners, write to the winners by email or registered post at the address supplied notifying the prize draw outcomes. To claim the prizes the winners must, within two months of receiving such notification from the Promoter, provide written evidence of their residency, age and driving licence. Such evidence must be provided in the form of a driving license. Successfully claimed prizes shall be agreed and booked for respective winner on or before 20th December 2014.

6. The draw will be made by an independent person.
7. The winning entries will be the first correct entries drawn at random after the closing time. If the winner cannot be contacted within 48 hours of the draw, Visit England reserves the right to reallocate the prize to the next valid entry drawn at random.
8. By entering the competition, the winner consents to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion, and for his/her name and county to be used for publicity purposes by Visit England in printed and/or online formats.
