Setting up mms on iphone

Hi does anyone know how I can set up mms on my iPhone 4s please. On other phones I've had as soon as I've put the sim in there have been texts with the settings but not this time. I'm on TMobile or EE thank you.

similarly all our iphones work from the get go.
Settings -> Cellular -> Cellular Data
EE will tell you the correct APN, username and password that should be under the MMS section
Alternatively try:
Settings -> General -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
and see if it picks up the correct settings automatically from the sim/EE0
