Help on buying bonds

Forgive my ignorance on the below, but i am trying to buy bonds direct on the secondary market. I have never done so, as i have always invested through bonds ETFs in the past.
I have recently heard of a Barclays Bonds, running for the next 13years at a 8% yield if held to maturity.
I only have the ISIN to go by but i cannot find it when i put it in my broker search: XS1002801758
Is there a corresponding SEDOL or anythg else i could use, or should i just give my broker a call?
Thanks

My broker you can only buy or sale by calling, there is no online dealing for bonds. Only new bond issues can be applied for online.
The bond you selected might be more difficult as not on FTSE. The currency is euros..
