Pay £2, get a copy of your credit file from Experian or someone like that.

The file from noddle is fine.
Your first step is to get a copy of the judgement from the court. You need to contact the court who passed the judgement and ask them for a copy of it.
Once you have that you can check if it is a debt of yours that you had forgotten about or were unaware of, or you may be able to work out that it is not your debt at all and belongs to someone with a similar name to you.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

If it is my debt and the name is a mistake could I dispute it?? Thanks for your help0 -
If the debt belongs to someone called 'your middle name' 'your last name' then you would need to dispute the debt being registered on your credit file.
This is slightly different to where a debt is in your name but does not belong to you, where you would dispute the debt exists at all.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
