i was looking at my credit score and noticed a ccm which i have no idea about , i figured i need to ring court to see what it is but whats weird is its my parents address, but wrong name e.g. it says my middle name and last name as my first and last name ???
how cani sort this mess , also my parents address I've not livd there for years

can i dispute this

    The file from noddle is fine.

    Your first step is to get a copy of the judgement from the court. You need to contact the court who passed the judgement and ask them for a copy of it.

    Once you have that you can check if it is a debt of yours that you had forgotten about or were unaware of, or you may be able to work out that it is not your debt at all and belongs to someone with a similar name to you.

    If it is my debt and the name is a mistake could I dispute it?? Thanks for your help

    If the debt belongs to someone called 'your middle name' 'your last name' then you would need to dispute the debt being registered on your credit file.

    This is slightly different to where a debt is in your name but does not belong to you, where you would dispute the debt exists at all.
