bill from british gas from last adress over 18months old
Hi I have just recieved a letter off british gas saying sorry they didn't take my final dd payment from my previous address over 300 pound it has been over 18months since that account was closed and was no longer on my online accounts is there some legislation on time limits on back billing payments where I wouldn't have to pay them this money

As stated in that thread, BG are clearly within their rights to collect money on an unpaid bill, even though it was clearly their fault.0
