On Monday i sent off the acceptance to them (recorded delivery), have checked my account today, no refund as yet.Today i recieved notice from our local court, a court date and time, and all other notice and info that would be needed. Now, when is it that i should inform the courts that Lloyds have decided to pay up? now? or once i have the spondoolicks in the bank? and also how long is it before they deposit the money into the account....? Help and guidance would be appreciated please. And to all those still struggling with their reclaims......KEEP AT IT!! softly softly catchee monkey!!DONT GIVE UP!

Wait until the money is in your account. I got the same letter 2 weeks ago and i am still waiting for my refund. Knowing the way the banks work they would take advantage if they saw you stop the case now, so carry on as normal until you see they've paid up, i am.:beer:0
