Closing date for receipt of all entries is 23.55 GMT on Monday 3 November 2014. 3. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random by an independently verified computer system. The winner will be notified by post, email or phone within 28 days of the closing date.
4. There is one prize of a five-night break to Berlin, Germany for two adults and two children aged 15 or under. Staying at a 4* hotel on a bed and breakfast basis in Berlin sharing a family room. A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into the hotel. The prize includes four return economy flights from London to Berlin, Germany (exact London and Berlin airports dependent on dates of travel), airport taxes, passenger duty, one piece of hold baggage up to 20kgs per person, airport to hotel transfers, and a half day walking tour of Berlin. Half day walking tour lasts approximately four hours and can be taken on a half day of the winners preference during the five-night stay, subject to availability.
5. Travel insurance is included and is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion(s) to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion(s) are aged 74 or over.
6. The holiday must be taken 12 months from prize notification, excluding 22 December 2014 – 4 January 2015, 3 – 6 April 2015, 4 May 2015, 25 May 2015 and 31st August 2015. Flights and accommodation are both subject to availability and may not be available on all dates during this period.
7. The prize winner is responsible for organising valid passport(s) and for securing any necessary visas or complying with other regulations prior to departure. Passports must be valid for a minimum of six months on date of travel.
8. The prize does not include travel other than stated, meals and beverages other than stated, UK airport transfers, spending money, personal expenses, activities for which a fee is payable and any other hotel expenditure.
9. Neither Tesco or the prize supplier are liable for costs or expenses sustained outside of what is described, insofar as such liability can be limited in law.
