Help needed. G24 PCN

I've read the Newbie forum but needed a bit of reassurance.
My bf received a PCN today from G24, we had parked in a 45 mins free car park but they say we spent 63 mins there.
They are asking for £45 if we pay now or £75 if not.

After reading the forum I know not to pay and appeal but my bf is adamant that we don't have a leg to stand on and wants to pay.
I just want to check on the first bit of info I should send to G24.
The copy and paste template that is under the first appeal section has the four points but should I still include it even if some of the points don't fit, such as the signage one, as the signs are clear around the parking.

Thanks

  • Tell your boyfriend that you have more legs to stand on than a centipede!

Even C-M thinks this is a good one, so it really must be.

And tell your bf you want a posh night out from the money he'll save from the successful appeal

Copy it completely, of course it fits - the signs are too high to read for starters and tell me which shoppers actually notice them? None, till they get a ticket.

Tell your boyfriend to live and learn how to smell a scam - NEVER pay such fake parking tickets! This will be won with two appeals templates you won't even have to alter. When you win, use the money you saved to treat you both to dinner and a night out.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
