Anyone recommend York stone flag sealant?

Moved the flags out of the garage into the kitchen extension last week. They're nicely old & pretty rough in places but cleaned up before laying. Realise they'll never match the smoothed-with-age flags in the original bit of the kitchen but need to seal the flags (and mortar) before applying a polish.
Any recommendations? Used HG products in the past but not really had the best results.
Advice appreciated.

We generally use the stainstop internally on stone, doesn't change the appearance at all
I have just done 70sqm of Indian sandstone and purely based on cost I used LTP mattstone, 5L can be had for around £55. Has darkened it ever so slightlyHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure0
