Thanks sax, because of your replies I persisted and I eventually got there! The helpful lady at DHL supply chain did call me back and although she hasn't actually found the parcel I now know what it is. Its nothing to do with Panasonic so no wonder they couldn't help! Its a Tomy Toys bundle I won in July that I'd been waiting for! Panasonic rent out some of their warehouse space to Tomy Toys apparently which is why the DHL supply chain info is wrong! So they're going to track it down and get it re-sent. Such a relief to finally know, shame its not a fancy blu-ray player or something, but a weight of my shoulders knowing I got to the bottom of it in the end!Many thanks to everyone who posts competitions and works so hard to provide all the answers!
