Prize (?!) nightmare! NOW RESOLVED!

Hi there compers!
EDIT - NOW RESOLVED!
I've got a bit of a situation going on here over a potential prize and was wondering if anyone has won with Panasonic before and might have a contact name or number for a department that sends out prizes?
I got a card through the door on 9th Sept from City Link about a parcel. I waited in next day for delivery, they said they'd called but they didn't, nor did they leave card. (I think the driver was sacked). I arranged another delivery and waited in again, but the driver turned up and couldn't find the parcel on the van, it was his first day! City Link finally confirmed it was still at the depot. I arranged another delivery and waited in again. This time nobody turned up and when we phoned they said the parcel had been returned to sender. ARgggghhhhhH.
So, the information I found out was that the parcel had come from Panasonic via DHL supply, via Citylink. I know nothing else and haven't been able to find out much. I've been in email contact and phone contact with all of them.
As it stands at the moment Panasonic's customer service have been looking into it for me, but its a very general customer service team in a very big organisation with not much to go on. I haven't much faith in getting anywhere and the emails I've had are very much 'holding letters'.
I was wondering if anyone else had won a prize with them and have any contact information?
I have had no notification of a win, I have no idea what competition it might be. But a prize is all it could be.
As you can imagine spending 3 days waiting in for City Link and then being left in this situation at the end of it has left me more than slightly cross. The prospect of losing a prize in this way is horrible. I've spent aaaaaages trying to sort this out and I don't even know what it is! It could be a promotional mug hahaha!
Any help welcome! Thanks!

do you have the consignment number from the parcel
you can track that on city link - it will show who the recipient was (at panasonic) and you can go from there - youll have proof theyve had it back0 -
Thanks for reading and replying!
City link sent it back to DHL supply who then sent it back to Panasonic. Truly I have tried everything to get the information and its like blood out of a stone with data protection being quoted left right and centre.
I am going to try DHL again by email, but even their own staff can't seem to get through to talk to anyone at 'DHL supply' We've been round many email and phone circles with them already! Many thanks to everyone who posts competitions and works so hard to provide all the answers!

can you not just bypass dhl by calling panasonic and quoting the consignment number. - they can then track it , take the persons name and keep bugging them.
DHL supply chain will probably be where all the panasonic stuff is kept - it's not in the west midlands is it ?0 -
I only have Citylink numbers, I don't have any references for DHL supply chain. Posting here and focusing again has inspired me to harrass DHL once again by email, I have not been able to get hold of a phone number that takes me through to DHL supply chain, only DHL International. The telephone number they quote me for DHL supply chain didn't put me through to them, even their own staff couldn't manage to put me through, they're hard people to get hold of!
I'll hope for a better reply from DHL this time around! Many thanks to everyone who posts competitions and works so hard to provide all the answers!

Might not have been a competition run by Panasonic they could just be the prize provider.0 -
Thanks sax, this is the number we've tried before, I'm on again, on hold, by the time I get through options I am no longer speaking to 'supply chain' and 2 of their advisors trying to put me through have so far managed to stick me right back to the switchboard options once again...
The music is nice though ;-)Many thanks to everyone who posts competitions and works so hard to provide all the answers!
