IAS incorrect info

When we log into the IAS site to log our appeal the place they say we were given our ticket is incorrect to the point of wrong car park and wrong city - does this work in our favour at all? Can we do anything about it /use it against the cms.

You already have a thread going and should keep all your questions on it - starting another only serves to confuse matters.

Already answered in your thread, I hope? Anyway no need to be on the IAS website yet at all as you aren't ready to submit an appeal. You must take a few days at least to prepare it carefully, like court defence evidence with pictures of the signs and the documents, with help here if you want a chance of winning. In our view, IAS is a poor relation to POPLA and is 'without merit'(!). Reportedly, it seems to be run on the basis that the person considering the appeal is considerably better than the appellant...you can just picture them with their nose in the air when they dismiss certain strong arguments as 'well-rehearsed'.

Stick to one thread and show us the pics there that we need to help you. Time is running out every day.

  • Sorry I posted at the end of the thread and didn't see any replies so I thought I needed to put a new one. I'm off to gather evidence today so will post photos later if I can work out how to do that. But just logged on again and still says ticket originally issued at ... And goes on to list completely the wrong information.
