ITEM 3: WEBSITE - www.kissfmuk.com (the “Website”) ITEM 4: COMPETITION START DATE AND FINISHING DATE Pre-registration for the competition will open on Thursday 25/09/2014 at 12:00 (midday) and will close on Thursday 02/09/2014 at 12:00 (midday). Any entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid. The competition will then be staged on Friday 3rd October 2014 between 06:00 and 09:00. Please note that these times indicate the show times in which the competition takes place. The exact timings of when the competition starts and ends will be explained on-air. The competition may end sooner than the end-time listed above. ITEM 5: COMPETITION CONTESTING DATES (if applicable) The Competition will be staged on Friday 3rd October 2014 between 06:00 and 09:00. ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS • The Competition is open to UK residents. • Employees (and their family members) of the Promoter (or any company in the same group) or any company involved in the Competition, including the Prize Provider, are excluded from entering the Competition and their entries will not be considered. ITEM 7: ROUTES OF ENTRY AND COSTS To register your interest in participating in the competition, you will need to register your contact details on the dedicated page at www.kissfmuk.com before 12:00 (midday) on Thursday 2nd October 2014. You will then need to be available to take part in the competition between 6am-9am on Friday 3rd October 2014. On Friday 3rd October 2014 at one point (or sometimes more) between 06:00 – 09:00, the Breakfast Show presenters will give the registered entrants a phrase or word that they will need to remember on air. Later in the Breakfast show (still between 06:00 – 09:00 on 03/10/2014) the presenters will select one eligible entrant from all received within the registration period. That entrant will be called by KISS and will need to answer with the phrase or word given by the presenters earlier in the show to win. If they answer with the correct phrase or word, then they will win the prize. If they don’t answer with the correct phrase or word, or if they answer with ‘hello’ or ‘hi’, for example, first then they will not win a prize and another entrant will be selected and called for the chance to win. The process will be repeated until there is a winner. If any of the entrants do not answer their phone, they will not be called again. The person who answers the phone must be the registered entrant. ITEM 8: JUDGING DETAILS Participants will be chosen at random. The prize winner will be the person who successfully answers their phone when KISS calls them with the correct phrase or word. If they don’t answer with the correct phrase or word, or if they answer with ‘hello’ or ‘hi’, for example, first then they will not win a prize and another entrant will be selected and called for the chance to win.
