Megabus Vent/Good Conclusion

I was travelling down from Glasgow on Friday and my bus was held up in Carlisle due to no replacement driver being sent. The other problem was the plug sockets didn't work.

This isn't the first time I've had problems with them, the difference was that I decided to tweet them. The twitter operator this morning got in contact and within the hour I received a full refund of my money. So whilst I don't expect there service to improve, at least I got a refund this time.

I have found mega bus good with complaints, they sometimes need a bit of a push and several messages but when they realize that its there mistake they do normally pay up. :rotfl:
