    epitome, can i just ask what would happen in my case. My fit note since last March has said indefinately. So does that mean i do not need to get another, as it cannot run out. ?

    Any note that was issued before medical assessment is void as you have been found fit for work by DWP/ATOS SO YOU WILL NEED A NEW FIT NOTE

    This is absolutely incorrect.

    The ONLY med3 which is voided by a WCA is an indefinate one.
    any other med3 be it 3 months 6 months or a year is NOT VOIDED by the WCA NO LCW decision.

    Indefinate med3 are voided by the No LCW decision that you have had. So in this case you will need a new med3 from the date of the decision..... Another new indefinate one will be fine.
