0777 number spam?

Had a call early this morning from 07773426119, had a quick look on google but can't find any comments for this number, also read that 0777 numbers can be disguised as mobile numbers but charge you when called back.
I think this is most likely spam, no voicemail but thought it would be best to check just in case it could have been a win
