Jcp jsa review

Hi guys I would like thank you in advance

Here it is right my mam got a phonecall on the house phone for me last week in regards to jcp. I asked her what was it about nd she said they wouldn't speak to her. The guy on other end said he would look for mobile number as mam said I was deaf and can use mobile with my loop. He said he will look for it and if he can't find it to send me a letter,

Well anyways got the letter today for a telephone interview to check I'm getting the right benefit. I'm pretty aure on my records it has that I am deaf. So I'm going to pop to the jcp to see if my advisor can help when she is free for a moment. I can use my mobile but very difficult at times so would be better to do an alternative way for this interview .

Any experience in this to get it sorted by advisor please would be welcome. I'm happy to do the interview but in another way.

When you see your advisor ask them to make a note on the system about your deafness and that you have authorised them to speak to your mother on your behalf. If there is currently nothing on the system to this effect then the person who called acted correctly in not speaking to your mother.
