THIS MORNING PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries via PRTS, SMS and post as stated in promotion for the ‘This Morning’ programme (the “Programme”) on Monday 29 September 2014.
· Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 5.00 p.m. on Sunday 19 October 2014 as stated in the Programme.
· Postal entries must be received by 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 23 October 2014.

Winner selection date:

Within one week of the closing date and time for all entries.

How to enter & cost of entry:
To enter this Prize Draw, simply submit your name and information via:
· PRTS Phone - call 0904 161 9999 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). Thereafter, with each subsequent entry from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. This can be repeated to reach the thirty seven (37) entries per phone number limit. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
· SMS text – send an SMS text with or without the keyword WIN to 82336. The keyword is not required information so SMS entries without the keyword or where the keyword is misspelt will still be counted and charged; up to thirty seven (37) entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the Prize Draw via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number to 82336 by the closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second SMS text). Thereafter, with each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. This process may be repeated to reach the thirty seven (37) entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. · Post – send your entry on a postcard or on or within an envelope to TMG 40, PO Box 7558, Derby, DE1 0NQ. Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in an envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the Prize Draw. Sufficient postage must be paid – any entries without sufficient postage will be discounted. The Promoter and producers bear no responsibility for any entry that is incorrectly submitted, lost or received after the closing date, or damaged in any way.

For the purposes of this Prize Draw, the 30 entries in Clause 7.3 of the General Terms shall be deleted and replaced with 40 entries.
Prize:

There is one prize consisting of:

a) Cash

A cheque for £32,000 (thirty two thousand pounds sterling) made payable by cheque in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

b) 7 night holiday in Lake Como, Italy

A seven (7) night holiday for the winner and up to three (3) companions (the “travelling party”) to Lake Como, Italy.

The Lake Como trip element of the Prize includes:

return economy flights from a London airport to a Milan Airport in Italy for the travelling party.
return airport transfers from a Milan Airport in Italy to Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Lake Como, Italy for the travelling party.
· seven (7) nights’ accommodation at the Grand Hotel Tremezzo, Lake Como, Italy on a bed and breakfast basis for the travelling party based on four people sharing two Prestige lake view rooms (two people in each room).

The Lake Como trip element of the prize is subject to availability and must be booked and taken up by 23 October 2015 but cannot be taken from 20 December 2014 – 5 January 2015 (inclusive). The prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

The Prize Provider will contact the winner in order to arrange for the holiday to be booked.

Where any of the winner’s companion(s) are aged under 18 years old, the companion(s) must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

A current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds will be required in order to check in at the resort for security deposit purposes.

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Italy. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and their companions adhere to the entry requirements to Italy including organising and paying any and all costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party. The winner must also make sure that they have any required health certificates and other documentation for the relevant journey at the time of travel. It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to adhere to the local laws in Italy.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the Prize Provider.

The prize excludes UK ground transfers to/from the London airport, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations. Vaccinations are highly recommended when taking up the prize.

(c) A Car

A Fiat 500C 0.9 TwinAir 85hp lounge convertible in crossover black with grey cloth white logo, black ambience, black roof and dualogic semi automatic transmission (the “Car”).

The Car will include first registration fee, 12 months’ road tax, ¼ tank of fuel and 7 days’ insurance (subject to acceptance by FIAT insurance). The Car will be delivered to the winner's home address in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the Car and current driver’s licence. The winner is responsible for insuring the Car and all other costs associated with taking up the prize. The winner may choose to register the Car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person and written confirmation of this arrangement from the winner to the Prize Provider.
