Floor Sanding and Staining Quote

Hi all,

I've just had a quote for some floor restoring/sanding work and I was wondering if anyone could tell me if it seems fair or not?

The rooms to be sanded are:

Bedroom 1 - 3.5 x 3.48m
Bedroom 2 - 3.52 x 3.45m
Bedroom 3 - 2.38 x 1.96m
Staircase running up the middle of the house - 15 steps

The quoted price was £1455, this includes replacing 10 broken floorboards, gap filling between the floorboards and also between the floor and the skirting boards, sanding, a stain and 3 coats of Polyurethane lacquer.

My friend used this company to do her front room, and they did a really nice job.

Thanks for any advice you can give :)
