I have been contacting GU re a missing item that I sent back to them, they claim they never got it and I have proof I sent it to then... Anyway long story short I have to pay for the item.

I have emailed, called and written to CS and still got no where

I am now looking for names or contact details for bigger people who might wanna listen to me and get it sorted

the most senior person that you will speak to is the CEM- customer experience manager.
Each shift will have one just ask to speak to him or her.
You wont get anyone higher than that on the phone

I have just sent an email to them as an item i returned over 2 weeks ago has still not been refunded, so I will bear your post in mind when they come back to me.

well, great universal is a brand of Littlewoods Shop Direct Group (so is Kays as there's a Kays thread too) {Littlewoods Shop Direct Home Shopping Limited } however under the contact us section if refers back to the main GU site and the same numbers/email apply...

however, under our location they give their HQ address and further info... maybe worth a shot:

Anthony Heald is the Customer Services Director. I've spoken to him, and he's pretty good. Didn't do what I wanted, but at least he called me back when he said he would
