So many tales of supplier doom & gloom on here, I thought it would make a change to thank a company publicly for great customer service and doing what they said they would, when they said they would.
Eon has been my supplier for many years - infact I was a Powergen customer when Eon took over Powergen and their customer base.
In all the years I have been with them, their prices remained competitive, their online systems (mostly) worked well and their customer service, including the reps on here, brilliant.
I have only moved this year as I seemed to fall through a gap whereby my old tariff came to an end and none of the new offerings were competitive enough - until now that is as their Fixed v9 is a great price for most people - however, I had already switched suppliers before this became available.
Anyway, reason for the post is that my account was officially closed last week with the new supplier providing the closing reading to Eon, just the way it's supposed to work and the refund of my credit balance hit my account last night, exactly when Eons website said it would. A perfectly smooth, hastle free switch.
That's it. Please feel free to add any POSITIVE comments about your supplier below and save the doom & gloom for elsewhere.

You're all very welcome. You do a difficult job. Not many happy people bother to post online, but lot's of difficult situations for you to work through, sometimes having to stay polite in the face of a very rude customer.
