Hi I have just pressed the little 'pin hole' button at the bottom of my Talktalk hg553 router as I was getting issues with getting google and the wireless connection kept dropping out.
Do I have to secure this now or has it 'remembered' the passwords?
many thanks

It resets it to its original settings. The password will be as printed on the bottom of the router.0

Not unless you have cleared it from the devices connecting to it, no.0 -

No, its just a case of creating a new password for accessing the router eg so you dont use the default 1.0 -

Thank you.
Let's hope it has done the trick. We have 3 computers and none of us could get Google to work. Out of shear frustration I pressed the reset button without thinking what the effects might be. It seems to be fab now....
