4 replacement HTC ONE's, broken again

I have an HTC One through vodafone, and 12 months through a 2 year contract.

Over the last 4 months I have have had to send the phone back 3 times, each time for a different problem, and each time they send me a new phone.

Now phone number 4 also has a problem, the camera goes purple in low light, and makes pictures useless.

I have had enough, I don't want another HTC one, as I assume they will just send me a 5th phone. I have no confidence the next one will work any better, having just spoken to the CS online chat, they said they will only replace a phone if it's the same phone with the same problem that can't be fixed 4 times, and then only with the same make and model.

I have vodafone insurance, and he suggested claiming off that to get another model phone. I have doubts that is possible, as insurance doesn't work like that to my knowledge.

Has anyone got any tips on where I can go from here, to get the phone changed. The other option they suggested was to buy myself out of the contract, and take out a new one!!!!!!!!!
