Paid debt still showing as owed - hoist portfolio

Hi all hope you can help.
Paid my last remaining debt off in July, it was owed to hoist but a company called Akinika collected it. 2 months later it was still showing as owed on my credit file, so I called Akinika and they told me their systems show its been paid and it's been reported to hoist who need to remove it. He gave me their number but it's been going straight to answerphone for a week! I'm worried they've gone under or something and I'll never get this off!! Does anyone have any experience with them? Or have any contact details. It's a shame its my last debt and I used my savings to pay it but it's still showing
Thanks for any help xx

Called experian and they will put it into dispute until hoist remove it, they'll contact hoist for you and if they don't respond in a month it will be removed completely
Good luck
