Most houses have a cooker circuit which connects into an isolator next to the cooker, many of these isolators have a socket built into them. That socket is fed from the cooker supply and is separate from the ring circuit.0 -
FWIW, putting extra screws into floorboards (especially chipboard) which squeak, and which are currently nailed down, will NOT remove the squeak, unless you remove the nails......0
