How to cancel a barclays mixed payment account?

Hi
about 18 months ago I opened a barclays account as I was going to become self employed. I got offered a job so never used the account after 12 months I started incurring monthly fees on the account.
I have tried downloading the closure form off the website but the link never loads it just goes to a white page. I have searched elsewhere and there seems to be a page on barclays for everything else except how to cancel a mixed payments account.
How do I download the closure form to send off?
Thanks for any help

Easiest option if you're struggling to download it would be to pop in to the branch and do it there and then.Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.
ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.0 -
just write to them, they will actionDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
