Does anyone know a good place to check as I'm looking at getting a Damp Surveyor in to check what looks to be a rising tide on one of my inner walls, this has went unnoticed for some time due to a 3 seater couch in front of it
Hints/Tips/Suggestions on what to ask, get, look for would be greatly appreciated

Is it an internal wall? Could be condensation caused by lack of of air flow behind the couch?0
