Redundancy working part time

My company is in consultation for redundancy since last Friday, At my department we are 2 doing the same role one full time (male) and I do part time 15 hours Monday, Tuesday and Friday (female) I also work at the office (4 hours)and at home (1 Hour). They said one person will be doing the same role full time at the office and have asked us both to apply and that the redundancy will take place in 2 weeks.
I've worked 6-7 years in the same role initially full time and 2 years ago part time and the other worker has less than 2 years in the company. I can't commit full time or all hours at the office.
Company said any comments or suggestions to tell them before this Tuesday. I was thinking asking about the salary of the new role and if on permanent or temporary basis? And to confirm the hour of work in writing as well as the option to work from home. Should I do this?
Can I asked them now if they’ll be offering voluntary redundancy?
How does it work? Do I need to apply for this new role or they would just consider me for the position? If it is not suitable should I not apply/reject and tell them the reason why (unsuitable due to more hours and not home based compared to my current contract?
I am worry what to do now…..tell them now or wait till the end…I don’t want to lose an opportunity to explain my situation which I will later regret.
