AutoGlass overcharged
I have a car insurance policy with the post office and so when a window was broken I took it to their authorised repairer AutoGlass.
The excess on the policy is £50 but autoglass insisted that the computer information via the Post Office stated £60. I paid and contacted the post office.
They said it was £50 and will refund.
I just don't feel that the post office have followed up my concern that other people will have been overcharged and so I am posting it here to alert any subscribers to this website who might want to check.

we had our window replaced with autoglass and we are with the Post Office, but was only charged £50, maybe it was a one off0
