My friend is on Talk talk broadband and as lots of trouble getting on to the Internet ie;tried to get on 7.30 am and it only connected at 11.30am this happens most days at different times. If left on standby it disconnects She as been in touch with them they try to sort it out but the following day it happens again. Someone as suggested that she is at the end of the line and this could be the reason. If this is the case surely she must have some come back

Maybe it's a bad modem? Surely the support would help you more once you tell them the problem occurs again after they fix it.
Maybe think about coming over to Virgin Media, they do really good deals, and I don't get any problems at all (I did have a modem replaced a few months ago though, and since then no problems at all).0 -
Your friend would be well shot of Talk Talk BB, pay nuts, get monkeys.
Any respectable ISP would have sorted it for her.0 -
She has had a new modem but things still the same. Once when she phoned them she was on for over 1 hour at 10p a minute but still did not get it sorted. She told them that she was going to leave after contract was up. Would going wireless free be any better.0

Never call the national rate numbers... use Saynoto0870 to find a local number...She has had a new modem but things still the same.
