nationwide accounts

I had 6 at some stage but you will only get 5% on one of them. The others are 1%, and all need £1K per month from non-Nationwide accounts to get any interest at all.0

rather than the 5% Flexdirect, I was thinking of the Flexaccount, as there is (until today ??) £80 cashback from Quidco
opened 2nd one y'day, will try again today0 -
But quidco say "for an approved and opened new Nationwide FlexAccount when you switch to Nationwide from a non-Nationwide current account using their full Current Account Switch Service"
The offer is open for the rest of the day but as it specifies you need to use their full switch service you would need an old donor account on which you can afford to give up your direct debits etc.
Also, the question of how many accounts you're allowed to have according to Nationwide is presumably different to how many accounts Nationwide will pay Quidco on to thank them for an introduction to their existing customer. You may not find out whether you were successful until Quidco receive validation back from Nationwide and pay you out, or not, in a few weeks, and meanwhile if you are doing it four or five times you'll have migrated four or five old accounts which may be awkward if you don't have loads of them to spare.0 -
yes true, Bowlhead
But I cannot see any limit on the amount, (and don't think they want DDs, just a switch). We'll see. I hae enough spare accounts. 'Accepted' on 3 x Nationwide Flexaccounts.0 -
After reading this thread and seeing Martin's guide, I opened one TSB Classic Plus current account and transferred £2,000 in a couple of weeks ago. Also, opened a Nationwide current account and in the process of getting a mountain of paperwork and that will soon be up and running with £2.5k.
Today I logged into my TSB account ready to sign up for a second Current Account but I get the message "Sorry, we can't offer you a secondary current account". Have they closed the loophole where you can have two accounts or should I wait longer to open the second one?0 -

No, you can still have 2.

2 TSB Plus accounts aren't a 'loophole' - it is the max number of accounts you can have, according to their T&CS: http://www.tsb.co.uk/assets/pdf/plus_terms_and_conditions.pdf.
Lots of people have reported that you must not be logged in when applying for the second account.
There is a dedicated TSB Plus thread where you can get better answers: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/49195320
