Credit Report Problem

Hi All i have been sorting my credit file out to try and get a mortgage i moved into rented accomidation about 2 months ago and moved my energy supplier with me. Today i have checked my credit score and see that i have went from Top End of Fair to Poor because i have 2 new credit accounts for N-Power and my other 2 credit accounts for N-Power have been settled. Why on earth do i have new credit accounts for N-Power when all i moved was my address. I am still on the same tarrif and everything else. I changed address with Phone,Sky,Credit Cards and not one has given me a new account. Can i get N-Power to put me back on my old credit accounts and remove the 2 new ones ??

Any Advise would be appreciated.

I wouldn't worry about it. Nothing has really changed in your circumstances and your score is neither here nor there.
