CCTV for indoor flat.

I'm looking for a cctv camera which can operate from mains and battery. can be installed inside flat, have motion detect and send a signal to my phone. Any help is much appreciated.

Use an old smart phone or Tablet
There are plenty of apps available which will detect motion and then send an email. You can then remotely monitor

If you have broadband at home then go for an IP camera.

These also have night vision, 2 way audio, you can control them from your smart phone. As soon as the camera notices anything move it will take a photo and email it to you.

The only issue you may have is getting something like this which is battery operated but you might be able to sort that out another way.
