The prize consists of a three-night holiday with breakfast for four people to Nuremberg. The prize is open to UK residents only. The prize must be booked by 30 April 2015. The prize must be taken by 30 December 2015 and must not be taken during trade shows, high season, blackout dates and public holidays. The prize includes return train travel from London to Nuremberg. It does not include travel insurance, meals or beverages other than stated, transfers, travel outside of that specified, expenses, activities or spending money. Prize cannot be combined with any other offer. Railbookers will not be liable for any expenses whatsoever incurred by passengers failing to make the departure times shown on their tickets. After the booking is made, any changes to the holiday are subject to approval by Railbookers and any additional costs must be paid for by the winner. Passengers must ensure that they comply in full with all the relevant customs and immigration requirements including the appropriate passport and visa requirements. The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of cancellation by the winner, for whatever reason, no alternative prize or travel dates will be offered. Once a confi rmed booking has been made, reservations may not be changed. Railbookers reserves the right to substitute the prize, in whole or in part, for an alternative of at least the same value if a prize cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, as described for any reason. Entries close at midnight on 31/12/2014 and the winner will be drawn on 14/01/2015. The winner will be notified within 28 days of the close of entries. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entry is free. Open to residents of the UK aged over 18. Employees of Kelsey Media and their family members are not eligible to win. Only one entry permitted per person, no bulk entries will be accepted. The first correct entry drawn after the closing date will win. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. If any prize or product is lost or damaged during the course of delivery to the recipient, Kelsey Media will provide reasonable assistance in seeking to resolve the problem. However, it will not always be possible to obtain replacements for lost or damaged goods, and in that event, no financial compensation would be payable by Kelsey Media or their affiliates. We reserve the right to cancel the competition, if circumstances change that are beyond our control. By entering you agree to be bound by all the rules and agree that your surname and county may be released if you win.
