Aqua - how to access secure message response

Hello and thanks in advance for any help.

As the title says. I've sent a secure message via aqua online, but for the life of me cannot work out how to access any reply?

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

    Ninth Anniversary
    My brother in law sent them a secure message and they replied by post! I looked at his account and couldn't see why, it was a very simple question. It was asking him to ring customer services to discuss it.
