    Yes much better when skim-reading. Make sure the details are right to suit your case and if so, then submit it online to POPLA ticking 3 out of 4 appeal reasons boxes. And then be ready, in a few weeks, to receive the PPC's evidence which you can rebut with a quick email to POPLA near the end.

    Or not as the case may be. They forgot to send a copy to me. However, the no GPEOL argument was enough for POPLA and the other 3 pages of appeal I wrote wasn't considered.

    This appears to be the norm with Premier. They sent me no evidence. Never did see their GPEOL proof.

    That's good to know because if anyone loses v Premier Park, they can complain to POPLA to reverse/hold the decision and allow an OP time to look at and rebut the evidence. Then win.
