JD Sports: hoodie already worn!

Hi,
I've just bought an Adidas top from JD Sports which was reduced from £60 to £30. However when I got it home found that there was tobacco in the pockets!! I should have guessed it was a return as the usual Adidas tags weren't present - it just had a plain JD label.
What would you do - just wash it and wear it or take it back?

Wash it and wear it. You may not find another one at £30.0 -
It's probably worth contacting them over it, what's the cost of an email to head office? X0
