2 ECP parking PCNs

Hi everybody

Just before you read on please be aware that I HAVE read the newbie thread so I know the process of how to appeal.

Just wanting some guidance on my likelihood of winning my POPLA, I have searched the forum for a similar case with no luck.

I am from Worcester and I parked for uni from 8-5 for 2 days. The ECP private car park is free for the first 2 hours (IIRC) then £7 for the whole day. I chose not to pay this because I have been parking here for free for the last 2 years, even with ECP signage. It seems only recently they are getting stricter on people not paying for parking in this car park (a lot of people do it)

Anyway, I know it's down to my own ignorance and all the rest of it but I don't particularly want to pay their mammoth parking notices if I can help it. Do you guys think my POPLA appeal will be accepted?

I'm just thinking that me staying over the free parking period for 7 hours, 2 days in a row might be a tad extreme?

Thanks in advance

You should win if you follow the soft appeal and then stock appeal from the NEWBIES thread based on signage, GPEOL, unfair penalties etc.

Yes if you use our version, 100& certain you will beat ECP.

It's more extreme that a third party who are not the Uni/hotel/retailer (or whoever is the rightful party on the various car parks) and don't own the land, reckon they can extort £100 out of people like some sort of protection racket. Two wrongs don't make a right and ECP base their entire business model around this money-grabbing parasitical premise.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Any point in asking Uni for the charges to be dropped?
