Grumbler as the other posters are saying perhaps you should get your eyes tested and read my original post. You are way of the beaten track in your reply and bloody rude too. Manners will get you everywhere.

I think that a balance transfer would be better. I have never tried to negoitate an "extension" for a 0% contract on a card as it is something I would have thought (and judging by the helpful advice provided) next to impossible to get and a waste of a phone call.
